Scottish Rite Park, a welcoming and vibrant retirement community, is looking for a full-time wait staff member to join our dining services team! We’re seeking someone dependable, friendly, and service-oriented who enjoys creating a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience for our residents.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and serve residents in our dining room with warmth and professionalism
• Take meal orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Provide exceptional service in a respectful and caring manner
• Assist with meal setup, cleanup, and basic food prep as needed
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and dining room staff
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system to record orders and process transactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Previous wait staff or restaurant experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work well with older adults in a respectful and engaging way
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
