Scottish Rite Park is seeking a dependable and compassionate Senior Caregiver to join our Home Care Services team. This is a full-time position with variable hours that include evenings and weekends in a supportive, resident-centered environment.
As a stand-alone senior living community, we pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be someone who works well independently, demonstrates sound judgment, and values the dignity and well-being of each resident.

Responsibilities include:
• Providing personalized, non-medical care and companionship to independent residents
• Assisting with daily living activities and light household support
• Maintaining clear and professional communication with residents and staff
• Making thoughtful, responsible decisions while working independently

Qualifications:
• Genuine empathy and respect for older adults
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid Driver License required
• Previous experience in caregiving or senior services preferred
