We are looking for a dynamic Registered Nurse that is wanting to expand their nursing career.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the MDS Coordinator is responsible for the MDS's of Scottish Rite Park's 51-bed nursing center (skilled & intermediate care) and its 25-bed residential and memory care. This is a full-time salaried position that reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. We offer 401k, paid vacation, dental and medical.

Qualifications
  • RN with current Iowa license
  • Long-term care experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of state & federal regulations
  • MDS experience
