The SRP Wellness Center currently offers our residents ten circuit machines along with a treadmill, two exercise bikes, a NuStep machine, and an Octane X-Ride seated elliptical.
We also offer a rack of dumbells from 1lb. to 25lbs., Weighted bars from 1lb. to 18lbs., Step cardio, the BoSu, a wabble board, and balance pads.
The NuStep machine is senior-specific and is designed for those whose mobility is challenged.
