Health Care Center

Our in-house 24-hour health services facility offers you the security and care needed in case of accident or illness. It is a licensed 41-bed Skilled Care facility and a 19-bed Residential Care facility. The Center provides short and long term care for residents that are certified by their physician to need care, which can only be provided under the direction of a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse.  We provide skilled nursing service as well as Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy. 

Our Health Care Center is licensed by the State of Iowa and is regularly inspected.  We have the distinct honor of having a 5 star rating awarded by the federal government.  You can view our ratings at www.medicare.gov and go to Nursing Home Compare.

We are a private pay facility and we also participate in Medicare and Medicaid, and we do accept other third party payers. We will assist with insurance forms for long term care insurance coverage.
